"It's only Yoga" - is Young-Ho Kim's catch phrase, which with he fascinates yoga-practitioners not only in Germany, but also in many other countries. A living proof of his knowledge and success are the countless yoga teachers that have studied edge-leading yoga knowledge from both the east and west. In his classes, Young-ho communicates light-heartedly and compassionate the basic and meaningful things in life. Besides physically challenging classes are philosophical and meditative parts present.

Born and grown up in South-Korea, the Korean Martial Art Taekwondo, Zen-Buddhism and other asian forms of movement and energy have been his companions ever since he was little. He is a teacher Trainer in Intensive Yoga, Zen-Gymnastics and mental Balance. Inner balance through intensive physical challenges is his credo, which he communicates on whatever stage of the world he is wanted as a presenter and trainer.

Like Yoga itself, the only constant factor in his style is change. He is a student of Life who spices up his style by any and every ingredient that inspires him.

In 2007 he founded the Yogastudio Inside Yoga. He is also Founder of Inside Academy, where hundreds of future Yogateachers trust in his edge-leading knowledge.
